Questions

Do I have to replace my tire if my wheel is cracked?

It depends on whether or not there is damage to the tire. Not all flat tires are flat because they have damage. About 50% or more of the cracked wheels we receive, though not having air, do not have damage to the tires.

The 3 cracks in the video do not effect the tire.

What if my wheel cannot be fixed?

1) We are connected with a nationwide network of used options for the majority of factory wheels.
2) We have suppliers with aftermarket replicas in stock.

Is there a guarantee on wheel repair?

We provide a 30 day guarantee on all of our work. That being said, it is specific to “our work.” It is impossible for us to guarantee someone driving down the highway at 80mph and hitting a pothole. Also, as far as paint or powder coat goes, we cannot guarantee that you will not mess your wheels up with such a variety of acid and industrial cleaners.

What are Aftermarket wheels?

Aftermarket wheels are made by private factories, with the possibility of having unknown specifications.
They make replicas of OEM wheels, but at about 50% of the quality. They can break, bend, and crack very easily.

It is our suggestion to refrain from purchasing them, if at all possible

Can I get ceramic coating on my wheels?

Yes! We provide ceramic coating for wheels as an option.
Here are some examples of ceramic coated wheels: Ceramic Coating

How long does ceramic coating last?

How long it lasts depends on the user. Our ceramic coat is rated for 5 years, but there are many ways to kill a finish in under 5 years.

Can you do same day powder-coating?

Yes, but our expediting fee starts at $100 per wheel. Cut off time is 10:00am and only if supplies are in stock or provided.
Why not?
1. Powder availability
2. Perfection takes time (obviously no job is absolutely perfect, if it was, it wouldn’t be from this world!)
3. Same day service requires absolutely zero hiccups. (We can only hope)

Can tire machines bend wheels?

Yes, the old-style wedge breakdown system can push on your wheels with an extreme amount of force when trying to remove the tire. They can also take off paint and cause corrosion.
However, we have a modern rolling system that prevents any of those potential dangers!
